I have gathered some simple tips related to new IFS 9 implementation. Mainly tips are related to custom fields and user interface topics which have been helpful during our implementation project.
My own role has been program manager on customer side in IFS 9 implementation. Implementation is new implementation for organization working in Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Germany (legal companies). Financial service center is located in Lithuania.
Organization is selling products for construction projects. There are projects delivered globally, currently over 50 countries.
IFS modules utilized for implementation;
Regardless of my role, I have been hands-on creating the whole solution: business process mapping to IFS solution, IFS setup, basic data, custom fields, custom events, custom menus, custom logical units, lobbies, IAL's, BA reports, quick reports, security profiles, data migrations....
